  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate complex loan applications, ensuring compliance with defined guidelines.
  • Review and recommend proposals for approval, adhering to laid-down policies and procedures.
  • Conduct personal discussions with clients to establish credit worthiness and complete necessary documentation.
  • Analyze income-to-obligation ratios and loan-to-value ratios, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of calculations and their impact on loan performance.
  • Manage portfolio metrics, delinquency metrics, and other operational reports, providing regular updates.
  • Establish and leverage effective relationships with third parties to achieve best outcomes for clients.
  • Own client queries, utilizing industry knowledge and experience to resolve challenges and overcome obstacles.
  • Exceed service quality standards and strive for continuous process improvement.
  • Undertake critical reviews of credit proposals, identifying industry, business, financial, management, and facility structure risks.
  • Ensure collateral and credit risk mitigation to facilitate decision-making authority.
  • Enable quick turnaround times for credit lending proposals, collaborating closely with sales teams.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of credit exposures to ensure bankability.
  • Facilitate critical review and documentation of proposals, monitoring client and collateral creditworthiness from pre-sanction to post-disbursement phases.
  • Manage the credit underwriting function of assigned branches, facilitating quick turnaround of credit lending proposals.
  • Follow up on recovery of quick mortality cases between 12-18 months.

Qualifications:

Graduate or Master's degree is required. CA/MBA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
