  • Understand and adhere to Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to deliver high-quality results.
  • Assist in career development of team members and collaborate with other managers to ensure proper deployment of audit staff.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, adapting to changing work environments at different locations.
  • Meet challenging client requirements and provide exceptional service.
  • Travel willingness and ability are essential.
  • Hands-on experience supporting international audit engagements with global teams is required.
  • Ability to work with shared service centers and complex multi-location business environments.
  • Strong coordination skills for working with international teams across time zones are necessary.
