About the Role

As a senior analytics professional, you will lead a cross-functional team in delivering business insights across a product suite. You'll define an analytics roadmap, establish robust data practices, and inform strategic decisions through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to drive delivery excellence and foster growth.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to align analytics projects with business objectives.
  • Own and evolve key performance indicator frameworks for products and business performance.
  • Coach and manage a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality and consistent dashboards and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of analytics experience with at least 2 years in a managerial/lead role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau/Metabase, GA4/Any other web analytics tools.
  • Experience with web analytics and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of marketing attribution and user segmentation.
