Job Opportunity: Lead Analytics Expert

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analytics, preferably with leadership roles. They should be skilled in Microsoft Office applications and able to build relationships across departments.

We seek a highly experienced Lead Analytics Expert who can communicate complex ideas effectively to non-technical colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage analytics operations, ideally within financial crime or risk management sectors.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Proven leadership success in recruiting, inspiring, developing, coaching, and motivating team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with visualization and analytics tools, such as Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.

  • Familiarity with financial crime certifications, such as ACAMS or CBAP.
  • Experience in project management, development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical colleagues.
