About the Role

As a senior analytics professional, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of innovative data products and solutions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data engineering and analytics will enable Swiss Re's Life & Health business to make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-related work experience in financial services, consulting, or technology. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data pipelines is essential, along with experience in agile methodologies and Power BI. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also required.

You will be part of a global team that serves a diverse customer base across various countries. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including application development, data warehousing, and external partners. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the design and development of user-centric data models aligned with business understanding.
