Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our team at Patil Rail Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Manufacturing and EPC domains
  • Manage the recruitment process, including shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide solutions
  • Ensure compliance with ESI, PF, and statutory regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Manufacturing and EPC domains
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including ESI, PF, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
