An Office Administrator Assistant plays a vital role in managing the front desk and performing various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Provide basic and accurate information about the company and its products
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
  • Perform other administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Assist with organizing meetings and events
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Compensation
