Key Responsibilities
">- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information about the company and its products
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Perform other administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
">- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation
