Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant for Financial Controllers, you will play a critical role in supporting the Controllers team in Goldman Sachs' Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedules for Senior MDs and Partners, ensuring timely coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Provide administrative support for expense management, including filing expense reports and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Controllers team.
  • Assist with event planning and organization, including arranging meetings, conference rooms, and catering.
  • Provide visitor management services, including arranging for invitations, office setup, and escorting visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including expense reports, travel itineraries, and team distributions lists.
