Learning Management System Associate

The Learning Management System Associate is responsible for designing and implementing high-quality learning experiences on Canvas. This involves developing and maintaining courses, ensuring alignment with instructional design specifications, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain courses in Canvas LMS, adhering to accessibility standards and quality guidelines.
  • Create and manage course assets, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Build/edit content on Content Management System (CMS), incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality assurance and control reviews to ensure learning materials meet quality and accessibility standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery, collaborating with relevant teams for solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
  • Deliver projects on time and ensure they meet the high-quality benchmarks of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
  • Proficient in HTML and basic knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility standards for course design.
  • Experience working on Canvas LMS and/or CMS is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

This role requires a strong foundation in instructional design principles and experience working with learning management systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
