E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations professional for the Ed-Tech industry to manage the entire e-commerce lifecycle, from marketplace operations to production and dispatch.

This role requires a hands-on individual who can manage vendor relationships, ensure quality checks, and handle dispatches. As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling tasks across various domains, including order processing, inventory management, customer service, and administrative operations.

  • Marketplace & Order Management: Manage marketplace operations, including platforms like Amazon. Oversee the entire order processing, inventory, and returns management cycle.
  • Customer Service: Handle all customer service inquiries and issues.
  • Admin & Vendor Operations: Manage administrative operations, including drafting and sending out Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), creating and sending purchase orders (POs), and setting up meetings with vendors. Actively find, follow up with, and manage vendors, including tracking invoices and payments.
  • Production & Quality Control: Supervise production and packaging, conduct quality checks on production samples, and ensure the quality of items for dispatch.
  • Logistics & Inventory: Manage dispatches of items to shipping partners and put labels on products, managing overall inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • E-Commerce Experience: 1+ years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage admin operations effectively.
  • Order Processing: Ability to manage the entire order processing, inventory, and returns cycle.
  • Vendor Management: Proficiency in vendor management, including negotiation, follow-ups, and payment tracking.
  • Production Supervision: Experience in production supervision and conducting quality checks.
  • Logistics Familiarity: Familiarity with logistics and dispatch processes.
Qualification
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
