Finance Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive/Assistant Credit Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on key responsibilities within the finance department.

  • Collection from Customers: The successful candidate will be responsible for following up with customers to collect all dues, ensuring timely and accurate accounting for collections.
  • Liaising with Hotel Teams: The role involves resolving issues and disputes raised by customers in invoices, working closely with hotel teams to find effective solutions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Coordinating with hotel and customer teams to reconcile customer accounts and obtain balance confirmations on an annual basis.
  • Outstanding Ledger Review: Periodic review of outstanding ledger and monitoring incoming payments to minimize AR outstanding balance.
  • Group Billing: Compiling all group billing information.
  • AR Outstanding Balance Minimization: Focusing on minimizing AR outstanding balance.

Requirements:

  • Effective Communication Skills: A good command over spoken and written English, enabling effective communication with members and their offices.
  • Minimum 2-3 Years Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the accounts receivables department of a hotel.
