The Role

As an Associate Finance, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and financial close. You'll ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly financial reports, compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS), and enforcement of company accounting policies.

  1. Accounting & Reporting:
  2. Handle end-to-end Accounting and Process viz. P2P, R2R, O2C for the respective Business Units (BU)
  3. Responsible for completion of accurate and timely monthly financial reports
  4. Compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS), enforce company accounting policies, practices, and internal controls, and ensure consistency in accounting

You'll also support specific BU with end-to-end finance operational support, develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.

We're looking for a self-driven, results-oriented individual with impeccable integrity, proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, and reporting software. Advanced expertise in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI is preferred.
