Job Description

The primary function of this role is to act as a liaison between compliance and legal teams during audits or regulatory updates, ensuring system changes remain compliant with healthcare regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to analyze and document business requirements related to HIPAA, CMS, NCQA, and state-specific regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure system changes and processes remain compliant with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product and IT teams for accurate coding, claims adjudication, and eligibility processing.

This position offers the opportunity to coordinate development and validation of member-facing collateral such as Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), provider directories, and plan brochures.
