HVAC Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC systems, creating detailed mechanical engineering plans, and ensuring all designs meet industry standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop HVAC systems, including heat and cooling load calculations, fresh air and make-up air unit requirements, and CFM calculations for residential layouts.
- Create detailed mechanical engineering plans, including duct system design and code compliance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and review technical drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project deliveries.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HVAC design engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE and NPC codes.
- Proficiency in HAP, AutoCAD, and Revit.
