JOB DETAILS
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our HVAC products and solutions to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, engineers, and building owners
Promote and sell HVAC products and solutions, including VRV, Ductable,Chiller- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales with customers
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on HVAC system selection, design, and installation
Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine customer needs and provide recommendations for HVAC solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our HVAC products and solutions, including their features, benefits, and applications
Sales Planning and Forecasting:
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Forecast sales and revenue, and provide regular updates to management
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, engineers, and building owners
Requirements:
1. Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or a related field
2. Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation
- Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
3. Certifications:
- LEED AP or other industry certifications preferred
