HVAC Sales and Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Sales Professional to promote and sell our HVAC products and solutions, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and relationship building.
    • Promote and sell HVAC products and solutions, including VRV, Ductable, Chiller, and negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales with customers.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on HVAC system selection, design, and installation.
    • Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine customer needs and provide recommendations for HVAC solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our HVAC products and solutions, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting:
    • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Forecast sales and revenue, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, engineers, and building owners.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation; excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Certifications:
    LEED AP or other industry certifications preferred.
