BTL Activation Role

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to handle BTL (Below The Line) activation tasks. This position is responsible for creating and executing strategies for store cluster activations.

  1. Developing a comprehensive BTL plan that includes door knocks, tie-ups with societies and housing complexes, clubs, hotels, and brand alliances.
  2. Creating a road map for NJIS scheme distribution through BTL activation models and alliances with relevant brands.
  3. Designing an idea bank for BTL activation to be utilized by store teams in their respective clusters.
  4. Establishing Retail SOPs for BTL activities to ensure standardization and compliance with Brand Essence.
  5. Managing costs and ROI for BTL activities, including effective spend monitoring and result tracking.

This role will involve working closely with the marketing team to create comprehensive BTL kits for each store, including high-quality collaterals for various activities. Additionally, it will require collaborating with external vendors and partners to establish a pool of execution agencies and ideation partners.
