We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive our brand strategy and development in the Indian market. As our Senior Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining brand guidelines across all external and internal communications.

You will ensure brand consistency across digital, print, events, and partner communications, adapting global university brand frameworks for the Indian market while balancing aspiration and authenticity.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative roles, with a proven track record of building brands in the Indian market through effective customer segmentation and brand positioning.

They will also possess strong hold over cross-cultural communication, project management, and creative thinking skills, with experience managing brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing digital-first brand campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn, managing creative asset development, messaging, and performance optimization in partnership with the performance marketing team.

In this role, you will explore new formats for brand storytelling – reels, short films, student stories, and interactive content – and develop high-impact content formats: blogs, articles, newsletters, student/faculty stories, and thought leadership pieces.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional leader, with experience managing small teams and driving internal brand onboarding for faculty, staff, and operations, ensuring cultural alignment and brand advocacy.
