As the Director of Quality Assurance, you will oversee your area of responsibility, managing performance, developing talent, engagement, and inclusion, communicating business and operational developments, planning, prioritizing, and/or directing the responsibilities of direct reports.

The majority of time is spent overseeing the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies. Additionally, this role requires providing expertise and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory, and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.

A key responsibility of this role is managing people, which includes accountability for mentoring, developing, and coaching staff on meeting/exceeding performance expectations and defined objectives. Furthermore, you will work directly with operating entities to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing Oversight: Development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Expertise and Guidance: Interpreting policies, regulatory, and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.
  • Process Analyses Oversight: Working directly with operating entities to provide ongoing analysis and enforcement of requirements and regulations.

  • Autonomy: Managing department(s) or small unit that includes multiple teams led by managers and/or supervisors.
