Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Product Specialist to bridge the gap between sales, product, and demo engineering teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing realistic demo scenarios, defining business outcomes, and representing the user perspective.

This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare product management and consulting, as well as exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SaaS or demo environments and possess a strong understanding of claims adjudication, provider, or PBM processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Authoring, documenting, and maintaining detailed demo scenarios, scripts, and storyboards tailored to practical workflows.
  • Curat-ing and validating synthetic demo data.
  • Collaborating with engineers to ensure all scenarios reflect actual product capabilities and value.
  • Defining talk tracks, metrics for demo success, and acceptance criteria.
  • Leading or co-leading client demos, gathering feedback, and iterating scenarios/templates accordingly.
  • Training Sales and Product teams on demo delivery and scenario alignment to business requirements.
  • Capturing post-demo feedback and contributing to knowledge and template updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 14 years of overall experience.
  • Experience in healthcare product management/consulting.
  • Deep understanding of claims adjudication, provider, or PBM processes.
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SaaS or demo environments is a plus.
