Are you a seasoned client service professional looking to take on a leadership role in driving business growth?
Mobilise is seeking an experienced Director of Client Services to lead our client relationships in India and beyond.
This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven individual to oversee a client service team, translate business goals into creative action, spot opportunities before clients ask, and be accountable for client retention, upsell, and revenue expansion.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B preferred), with a strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders. They will be able to manage both detail and direction, with a track record of running multi-market accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships to drive revenue growth and account expansion
- Oversee the development and execution of client strategies, campaigns, and content
- Anticipate and respond to client requirements proactively
- Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility to deliver impactful solutions
- Develop and grow the client services team into consultative partners
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in client service (agency side, B2B preferred)
- Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders
- Experience managing multi-market accounts
- Commercial acumen and creativity to deliver impactful solutions
