We are seeking a senior business development professional to lead our Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) channel. This role is crucial for managing and growing our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a strong grasp of risk management, and excellent relationship-building skills to ensure a steady flow of high-quality loan applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain sales targets by acquiring new DSAs and maintaining existing relationships through regular visits and engagement.
  • Ensure the monthly activation of DSA channels via regular training, relationship management, and effective communication.
  • Sourcing & Compliance: Ensure all loan applications strictly adhere to policy parameters and risk norms.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination: Work with product and marketing teams to train DSAs on unique selling points and policy guidelines. Collaborate with functional teams to quickly resolve any DSA issues.
  • Portfolio Mix: Manage the sourcing mix to meet key business metrics, including corporate to retail DSAs, SEP to SENP profiles, and disbursement and insurance penetration percentages.
  • Process Oversight: Coordinate with DSAs to ensure a seamless process for all loan applications.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant business development experience.
