Nutrition Specialist Job

The 1923-bakehouse is seeking a driven and articulate Nutrition Specialist to lead our sales efforts in reaching out to Retail stores/institutions pan Kolkata, including modern Trade, General Trade, retail chains, institutions, corporates, Residential Societies, etc.

You will be the bridge between our brand and the B2C network, helping us grow our reach and visibility with pride. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads and onboarding D2C clients, Local area groups, Retail, General trade, Societies, including corporates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and onboard D2C clients, Local area groups, Retail, General trade, Societies, including corporates.
  • Set up and manage weekend booths – from permissions to on-ground presence.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) for seamless execution.
  • Represent the brand professionally during all client and community interactions.
  • Capture customer feedback and provide market insights.
Requirements: Essential Skills:
  • Prior experience as a nutritionist/dietitian with experience in interacting with clients/customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Client Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role, Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently.
  • Professional Appearance & Conduct: You are the face of our brand – warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
  • Must be goal/target-oriented to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
