Job Description:
">The Area Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales, market share, and business growth for a range of nutritional products in the assigned territory. This role involves leading and managing a team of Territory Business Executives, implementing regional sales strategies, engaging healthcare professionals, and ensuring achievement of set targets.

- Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective implementation of strategic sales plans.">
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Territory Business Executives. Ensure effective field coaching, performance reviews, and developmental plans.">
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, distributors, chemists, and stockists.">
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Share actionable insights with regional and national teams to support planning and decision-making.">
- Drive awareness and adoption of the brand through scientific product detailing, CMEs, promotional campaigns, and in-clinic activities.">
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards, ethical guidelines, and reporting norms. Maintain timely and accurate sales records, call reports, and market feedback.">
Qualifications & Experience:
">A graduate degree in Science/Pharmacy/Nutrition is required. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharma or nutrition sales with at least 2 years in a front-line management role is necessary.
