Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee our India operations and contribute to other geographies. As a senior financial manager, you will be responsible for leading accounting activities, ensuring statutory compliance, managing audits, financial reporting, and driving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Establish robust checks and controls within each task to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with business heads to provide financial insights and strategic support.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
