As a seasoned finance expert, we are seeking an accomplished Financial Strategist to drive business growth and shape our financial future.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a global environment. The successful candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and a strong knowledge of UK accounting practices, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and taxation.

The ideal candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for client portfolios, partner with stakeholders to align financial strategies with business goals, and provide actionable insights on revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with business objectives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
  • Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Operational Finance Oversight: Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and working capital effectively.
