Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models. They will advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis, while monitoring cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.

Accounting & Compliance:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits.

Procurement & Cost Control:

  • Collaborate with procurement and operations to track material costs and vendor payments.
  • Implement cost control measures across supply chain and manufacturing units.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards.
  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews.

Systems & Process Improvement:

  • Recommend and implement financial systems.
  • Streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA preferred degree and 5–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction. The ideal candidate should have budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP skills and be detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and a strong communicator with excellent communication and presentation skills.
