Job Title:

Chief Financial Strategist

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Analysis: Develop accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to statutory accounts, local regulations, and international standards while monitoring all accounting and financial activities.
  • Cash Flow Management: Supervise working capital and cash flow, including customer credit and collection.
  • Internal Controls: Establish effective internal controls, policies, and procedures within the entity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver value-added business analysis and define meaningful financial metrics for informed decision-making.

 

Deliverables:

  • Consolidated management reports for Senior Leadership, including monthly/quarterly reporting packages.
  • Operational dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, and comprehensive executive level explanations.
  • Maintain awareness of financial performance versus plan and address potential risks proactively.

 

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Coach, manage, and develop a finance team that guarantees reliable financial statements.
  • Ensure all finance team members are trained, confident, and up-to-date on local and international accounting regulations.

 

Communication and Partnership:

  • Act as a business partner to the General Manager in development and optimization projects.
  • Assure efficient communication with Partners regarding project progress.
  • Serve as a reference for local authorities, financial institutions, and Group internal departments.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and IFRS principles.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Organized, dynamic, autonomous, and strong leadership skills.
