Job Overview:

This is a key role that requires a highly skilled finance professional with analytical and commercial acumen to lead the finance function for our subsidiary. The successful candidate will also work closely with the UK and International Commercial teams as an analyst, providing financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

  • Manage the finance function for our subsidiary, including planning and execution of audit of internal financial control, preparing internal audit reports, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Develop strategies to minimize financial risk, monitor financial details, and produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
  • Responsible for controlling income, cash flow, and expenditure, collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
  • Work closely with the CFO and Financial Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, identify and drive process improvements, and participate in Finance and multi-function project teams.
  • Perform daily sales reporting, analyse financial data, create/maintain financial models for decision support, and report on financial performance for regular leadership reviews.

  • Strong English language skills
  • Qualified accountant
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical experience preferable
  • International company experience
  • Management experience to include liaison with internal and external stakeholders
