**Job Summary:**
- We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to contribute to both our in-house and client-focused digital marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, search engines, and other digital channels to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversions, ROI) for campaigns and provide actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.
- Perform SEO optimization for websites and campaigns to improve organic reach and search rankings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to create engaging and relevant content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
- Manage and grow the social media presence for Normality Technologies and its clients, ensuring strong engagement and follower growth.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor digital performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC) for both Normality Technologies and client projects on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative approaches for both in-house and client campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints, aligning with organizational and client goals.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, preferably in a consultancy setting.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Able to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, delivering results for both in-house and client initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create reports with actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a passion for crafting innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
**Salary Estimate:** $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
