Lead Strategic Initiatives

Hiring for an emerging General Insurance business led by industry stalwarts and global investors.

Role: Project Manager - Strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Initiative Leadership: Build business capabilities from the ground up, leading initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with senior leadership and teams to align objectives, solve problems, and drive project outcomes.
  • Execution and Accountability: Ensure clarity, timelines, and accountability across teams as the execution engine for strategic projects.
  • Communication and Reporting: Deliver executive presentations and reports to communicate project insights, recommendations, and progress.
  • Data Analysis and Business Modeling: Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to support decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Drive alignment and delivery without formal authority, influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Key Requirements:

  • Post-MBA Experience: 3-4 years of experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or project execution roles post MBA.
  • Project Delivery: Proven track record of delivering cross-functional, high-impact projects in a corporate or consulting setup.
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with deep proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive communication.
  • Adaptability: Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to the General Insurance or Financial Services industry.
