Revenue Strategist

Job Description:

This role focuses on leading the revenue management efforts for International Clients. The goal is to drive strategic decisions that maximize rooms sales and revenue for hotels, holiday homes, and hotel apartments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and a clear understanding of executing revenue strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing successful commercial strategies for partners
  • Fostering a culture of excellence across all actions undertaken on behalf of partners
  • Adjusting strategies according to market trends to achieve maximum revenue growth
  • Collaborating with the founder to finalize revenue budgets and forecasts
  • Maintaining accurate records of controls applied to systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of revenue management systems and PMS tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to learn and teach best practices in revenue management
