We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.

- Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Good knowledge of North American Trucking operations preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
