Job Title: Network Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for network analysis and design, technology support, and client support.The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications, and advanced troubleshooting skills.The technical responsibilities of this role include:
  • Technical support for networking including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless and security.
  • Remote access solution implementation and support including IPSEC VPN
  • Understanding of DNS/DHCP
  • Ability to work with vendor support to resolve client issues
  • IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems
Requirements:The following qualifications and skills are desired:
  • B.S. Degree, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education or training desired
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a network engineer including phone, remote support, and hands on
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Experience installing/configuring routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls (Cisco, Sophos, Palo Alto)
