Scalable Server-Side Applications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our global team of experts specializing in AI, ML, Full-stack, and Cloud solutions. Our team partners with startups and enterprises across FinTech, Healthcare, SaaS, and E-commerce to build scalable, high-impact products.
The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance server-side applications. You will work closely with our frontend, AI, and product teams to deliver robust backend systems powering next-generation products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Integrate with third-party APIs, services, and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java, or Go)
- Experience with frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
