About this role

As a Business Partner, you will be instrumental in driving HR operations and ensuring seamless communication with senior managers. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in human resources.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with Program Leaders and senior managers to ensure balanced HR Ops communication and adherence to company policies.
  • Developing and implementing programs for Analysts and Senior Analysts to enhance their growth and development.
  • Monitoring underperformers and managing attrition within the program.
  • Reducing Grievance Levels through effective issue resolution.
  • Planning and organizing events to boost employee engagement.
  • Ensuring employees participate in Knowledge Management training programs.
  • Conducting Performance Appraisal sessions and supporting new managers in evaluating their team members.
  • Tracking and reporting on various program processes.
  • Initiating REWARDS and RECOGNITION programs to acknowledge and motivate employee contributions.

Requirements

  • Degree with at least 5 years of experience in an HRBP role.
  • Good exposure to performance appraisal, succession planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in employee engagement and connect activities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
