Job Responsibilities:

- To create and implement a business plan for meeting sales and revenue targets.

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

- Set clear team goals and delegate tasks and set deadlines.

- Oversee day-to-day operations and achieve monthly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment.

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.

- Motivate team members and discover training needs and provide coaching.

- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

- Interview and train new team members, assign specific tasks to other team members, and monitor the team's sales performance.

- Motivate the team and create an atmosphere of healthy competition.

- Interact with Senior and Mid-level working professionals in a consultative manner and check and build participation interest in various Executive education programs offered by top Indian and International Institutions.

- Develop unique strategies with CXO's to make the team S&M positive which eventually lead to make the vertical P&L positive.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Provide regular performance feedback to the sales team.

Key Requirements:

- Higher Edtech experience is mandatory for this role.
