Business Development Lead - State Operations
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth across various segments. This includes leading state-level marketing and sales activities to achieve targets in B2C, B2B, B2O, and B2NGO markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage district teams to ensure sales targets are met.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set and track state/district targets.
- Develop and execute multi-channel business development strategies and partnerships.
- Plan and lead school outreach and conversion initiatives to increase customer acquisition.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Monitor reports and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide teams.
- At least 5-9 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven expertise in multi-channel sales & marketing strategies.
- Ability to work proactively, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
