Nebula Recruit is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring and developing new customer relationships, as well as negotiating improved margins and credit terms with existing clients.

**Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage key client accounts and build strong relationships with current customers.
  • Hunting: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the market.
  • Existing Account Management: Oversee and nurture relationships with current accounts.
  • Increase SOP: Drive efforts to enhance standard operating procedures.
  • Fulfillment Excellence: Ensure a fulfillment rate of 99% or higher with all orders delivered on time and in full.
  • Timely Collections: Ensure that all payments are collected promptly.

**Requirements:

  • Experience in the sales of wires and cables.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of wires and cables products.
  • Strong customer management skills.
  • Proficiency in communication, both written and spoken, in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
