We are expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition, build strong relationships, and expand our market presence.
Role Overview
As a Sales and Business Development Executive , you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, strategic sales skills, and market research capabilities to successfully position Attron's products in the EV and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EV, industrial, and OEM sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Customer Engagement & Account Management
Understand customer needs and propose suitable motor and controller solutions.
Provide technical support during sales discussions and negotiations.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales, preferably in the automotive, EV, or manufacturing sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to customers.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
