Sales Business Development

Retainer: $1K–$3K + Uncapped Commissions & Incentives
Are you a driven, high-energy Business Development professional with experience in staffing and recruitment? Do you have existing relationships with MSPs/VMS programs like Pontoon, Beeline, Adecco , and others? Are you ready to close deals and bring in clients within the first 1-3 months ?
If yes, ApTask wants you We are looking for go-getters who can drive new business, build strong client relationships, and leverage their industry network to generate revenue quickly.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting MSP/VMS programs
Identify, prospect, and close new staffing business opportunities
Engage in 100+ outbound calls daily to potential and existing clients
Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers in staffing programs
Track and manage all activities using CRM tools like HubSpot or JobDiva
Work closely with the internal recruiting team to ensure successful placements
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in staffing/recruitment business development
Strong network and relationships with MSPs, VMS platforms, and clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to hit the ground running and bring in business quickly
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Experience using CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and optimize outreach
