Key Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager

This role oversees the entire lifecycle of e-learning content projects, from planning and execution to delivery. The ideal candidate must have exceptional leadership skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Manage project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Client Management: Serve as primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement project management templates and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Project Manager will oversee project metrics, manage budgets, and track effort, timeline, and quality to prevent deviations.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in e-learning/ed-tech work, with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in MS Excel or Airtable and Wrike or other project management tools.
