Video Content Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Digital Educator-Video Content Specialist to record high-quality educational video lessons in our studio. This role requires strong subject knowledge in Science, creativity in delivery, and collaboration to ensure content meets platform standards and student expectations.

  • Hands-on science activities and demonstrations will be performed while recording lessons to make concepts interactive and engaging.
  • Record high-quality science video lessons in the studio using well-prepared scripts that are curriculum-aligned and age-appropriate.
  • Simplify complex scientific concepts through real-life examples, storytelling, analogies, and visuals.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure lesson flow, content structure, and delivery align with platform requirements.
  • Integrate simple experiments or experiential activities while recording to make learning interactive.
  • Research and develop lesson scripts ensuring scientific accuracy, clarity, and student engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge in Science.
  • Prior experience (1–2 years) in recording or delivering educational content.
  • Prior science teaching experience at a school (1–2 years) is a plus.
  • Proven video portfolio of past recordings or teaching sessions.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's degree in Science.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain scientific concepts in a student-friendly manner.
  • Confident presence in front of the camera and ability to engage learners digitally.
  • Willingness to record sessions in the studio on a scheduled basis.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with EdTech platforms or educational video production.
  • Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE/State syllabus and activity-based learning methods.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content effectiveness.
