Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of our generative video product. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in AI/ML frameworks, particularly PyTorch/TensorFlow, and a strong background in generative models.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with Python, a proven track record of taking AI products from prototype to production, and familiarity with scaling models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure). Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with text-to-speech / speech-to-text systems, web integration, and AI ethics, fairness, and bias mitigation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
    • Generative models (video, audio, multimodal AI)
    • Audio/video processing pipelines
    • Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience with Python
    • Proven track record of taking AI products from prototype to production
    • Hands-on experience with text-to-speech / speech-to-text systems
    • Web integration (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js backends)
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
