Job Summary
Rohlig Logistics India Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to achieve volume and revenue targets, grow existing accounts, and acquire new business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and grow business
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing accounts and acquire new clients
- Utilize sales tools and CRM to manage sales activities
- Ensure timely action on sales leads and provide feedback
- Create customer SOPs to enhance service levels
- Maintain accurate Opportunity Manager updates
- Ensure job profitability through consultation with Manager –Airfreight & Sea freight
- Identify opportunities for Project Logistics business growth and develop strategies
- Process customer credit requirements within prescribed limits
- Escalate claims and cargo discrepancies to Sales Manager and Product Heads
- Represent Rohlig at trade shows and exhibitions
- Adhere to statutory requirements and company norms
Skills Required
This role demands excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving branch targets and exceeding them.
The ideal candidate will work closely with other staff members to achieve and exceed targets in terms of profitability, productivity, accuracy, and quality of service.
The jobholder must adhere to Rohlig India Pvt Ltd's minimum standards and ensure all work is compliant with regulatory bodies.
