Job Title: Accounts Receivable Leader

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading all activities pertaining to accounts receivable in the region.

This role involves supporting the development of standards for accounts receivable processes and driving adherence to formulated standards. The ideal candidate will ensure an effective accounts receivable process by monitoring and reviewing the accounts receivable and credit note / debit note management activities in the region.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring appropriate accounting of accounts receivable transactions across the region and timely generation of invoices for customers as per the terms and conditions in the customer contract and agreed payment schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient accounts receivable processes and standards
  • Monitor and review accounts receivable and credit note / debit note management activities in the region
  • Ensure timely generation of invoices for customers in the region
  • Provide support to Sales Support teams in the region on invoicing and collections
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and respond appropriately to audit queries

People Management:

  • Provide guidance and support to team members through effective monitoring, review of performance parameters, and provision of periodic feedback
