As a seasoned executive, you will oversee the implementation of best practices within our global capability centre, leading multiple end-to-end transitions and collaborating closely with operational leadership teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture among team members.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end programs to achieve business goals, supporting organizational strategy, and influencing senior stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Establishing operational frameworks and best practices within global capability centres to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Overseeing the transition of projects and processes into the global capability centre, ensuring smooth handovers and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, aligning project goals and objectives through active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering them on time, within scope, and within budget through expert planning and resource allocation.
  • Leading and mentoring project teams, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

We need someone with:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading process migrations and transitions, program management, and change management.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights.
  • A track record of delivering multiple projects within organisational constraints, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of programme management methodologies and best practices.
