Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Professional Services team within the Delivery Management practice.

  • Ensure successful and consistent delivery of FICO solutions to customers across various industries.
  • Effectively manage commercials by securing committed revenue and maintaining healthy margins.
  • Implement effective change management to secure additional revenue for the organization.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the growth of our Services practice, helping implement best practices and new methodologies, and ensuring projects are delivered as per agreed scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities
  • Implement projects using project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Manage a project team of functional and technical consultants (internal and external).
  • Develop a good understanding of FICO products to converse with clients confidently.
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms and manage projects accordingly.
  • Support Country Services leaders, Practice Leads, and Sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals.
  • Adhere to PMO Governance and Project Reporting using project management tools.

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years of working experience.
  • 8+ years of effective Project Manager experience.
  • Worked in reputable organizations, including banks, system integrators, product companies, and software organizations.
  • Software implementation experience in project management/technical delivery management.
  • Delivered end-to-end large/medium software projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodology.
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
  • Cloud-based implementations and On-Perm solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
  • Willing to travel (20-30%).

Desired Skills:

  • Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external teams.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Hindi, Marathi (optional).
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently drive projects through to completion.
  • Collaborative approach to build, manage, and motivate project teams.
