Our organization is seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to support our sales team in delivering exceptional smart solutions.

About the Role

The Service Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless administrative and operational processes, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and driving new business growth.

  • Coordinating post-service activities including delivery confirmation, engineer planning, installation scheduling, complaint calls, replacements or any other service call.
  • Day-to-day reporting to the Service Head for all cases.
  • Liaising between departments and clients to provide tailored services meeting client needs, costs, and time constraints.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling the installation procedure and addressing customer complaints over the phone.
  • Preparing stock reports and updating inventory accordingly.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and technical solutions to provide informed support.
  • Managing and prioritizing workflows to ensure efficient resolution of service requests.
  • Coordinating customer service requests including scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up.
  • Identifying and pursuing lead generation opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, service coordination, or customer support in the IFPDs, UPS, solar industry. Preference for female candidates.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic products and smart education technology solutions (desired).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues effectively.
