Job Title: Purchase Trainee

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Purchase/Procurement

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Trainee to support our procurement Manager. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of purchasing processes and be willing to learn and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day purchase operations
• Source and compare vendors, quotations, and prices
• Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmation and deliveries
• Maintain purchase records and documentation
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery
• Support inventory and stock management processes
• Assist in negotiating terms with vendors under guidance
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requisitions

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in purchase/procurement
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Qualification: Graduate (Preferred: B.Com/BBA or related field)
